After a long drive, I found the spacious room to be a welcome retreat, and the nearby parks like Jastro Park provided a lovely setup for my city strolls.

I encountered numerous issues during my stay. The room was dirty, with a noticeable stain on the carpet that the reception staff even acknowledged but did nothing to address. I expected better cleanliness for the price I paid.

I had a great time staying here with my friends! We visited the North Kern Golf Course, which was a blast, and really enjoyed exploring everything the area has to offer. The staff was super accommodating, and the room was comfortable. Just a heads up, the breakfast was only coffee and granola bars, so don’t expect a full spread.

Bakersfield is lit when it comes to local eats! I hit up Firestone Grill for some of the best tri-tip sandwiches—juicy and packed with flavor! Java Detour is a gem for coffee lovers too, perfect to fuel your adventures! Plus, the staff were nice and switched my room when I wasn't happy with the cleanliness in the first one.

I stayed in a Queen studio with 1 Queen bed. The room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator, and a private bathroom with free toiletries. Parking was good and the staff were nice. The breakfast selection was really just oatmeal and granola bars, but overall the room felt comfortable.
